This hybrid role blends front-office support with hands-on HR and recruiting responsibilities. The HR Assistant/Recruiter ensures a welcoming environment, manages administrative tasks, and drives recruitment efforts to bring top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent aligned with organizational goals
• Support HR functions, including record keeping, employee events, and internal communications
• Greet visitors, manage calls, and handle front-office duties

Top Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
